How Sparkhaus works with Aurora
When a lead is ready to quote, Sparkhaus pushes the customer data into Aurora so there's no double-handling. Aurora opens with the address and details already filled, ready to design. Once the proposal is sent, stages, handover docs, costs and more are synced back into Sparkhaus. When the proposal is accepted and payment is made, Sparkhaus is updated to the appropriate stages.

The sales rep qualifies the lead in Sparkhaus and marks them ready to quote. Aurora opens with everything pre-filled, so the designer starts work immediately. Once the proposal is sent, Sparkhaus stages and docs stay in sync — and the moment it's accepted and paid, the pipeline moves to the next stage without anyone re-keying a thing.
