How Sparkhaus works with Xero

Sparkhaus keeps sales and accounting in lockstep with Xero. Contacts are imported from Xero and mapped inside Sparkhaus; when an invoice is created in Sparkhaus, it is automatically pushed to Xero. Line items, discounts, tax rates, currencies and invoice statuses stay in sync, and missing Xero records are created on the fly. (Note: products and items are not created in Xero — line details remain on the invoice only.)

In practice

A rep raises an invoice in Sparkhaus and it appears in Xero moments later with the right contact, line items, tax and currency. As the invoice is sent, partially paid or voided, the status stays matched between both systems — so sales and finance are always looking at the same numbers, with no double entry.

What syncs

  • Contacts imported from Xero and mapped in Sparkhaus; a new Xero contact is created on invoice sync if no match exists
  • Invoices created in Sparkhaus are automatically created in Xero with line items and discounts included
  • Mapped tax rates are applied automatically; a new tax rate is created and sent with the invoice if it doesn't exist in Xero
  • Invoice currency is passed to Xero; new currencies are added to the organisation if they don't already exist (ensure your Xero plan supports multi-currency)
  • Invoice status changes — e.g. Sent, Partially Paid, Void — are synced to Xero as they happen
  • Receipt syncing is not currently included but will be available soon

No sales pitch. Ever.

Speak with sales

We map out where you are, where you want to go, and what systems are required to fill the gap. From there we walk you through the best solution to get you there. Absolutely no sales pitch — we give you the information and let you make an informed decision.

Limited spots

Onboarding has a limited number of spots and is often waitlisted.

Register your interest by speaking with sales — it's the only way onto the build schedule.

  • 45 minutes, with a specialist who knows your trade
  • A written systems map you keep either way
  • Clear pricing, timelines and expected outcomes
